Re: The new Mandolin Cafe case sticker
Can I get one with my name on it? ...or someone else's name on it? Do they come in pink? Can I have 40? I want one with a two point and another with a mandola. How about a trombone? How sticky are they? Do they glow in the dark? Have you got left handed ones? Are we there yet? ;)

If you go to the 'Cafe Press' website, there are any number of tee-shirt with a mandolin 'picture / logo' on them. Personally,i much preferred the very classy looking Mandolin Cafe tee-shirt from about 4 years back. My favourite Tee-shirt is this Bill Monroe one, were i ever to get the nerve to wear one !,

Re: The new Mandolin Cafe case sticker
10,000 die-cut Cafe case stickers just arrived! I'm very pleased with the job the printer did. Some quick iPhone pictures below. Instructions on how you can get your own right here. Just a reminder but if you're opting for the free method of acquiring these, best to send a business size envelope else we'll have to fold them.

Putting this photo out here as it's easier to document this way vs. looking through old invoices. The original order of 10,000 stickers lasted 3 1/2 years. Here's what a re-order of 5,000 stickers--approaching the price of a decent 1923 Sheraton Brown snakehead for those of you pretty sure web sites run on pixie dust-- looks like that arrived yesterday. Always offered to our visitors for free, or not, your choice, right here.

Re: The new Mandolin Cafe case sticker
Wow, thanks for sharing that info, Scott, it does put at least one small thing in perspective about the site. IMO the cafe's sticker is about the coolest case sticker around.

Re: The new Mandolin Cafe case sticker
My Northfield purchased through Elderly showed up with 2 Mandolincafe case stickers in the storage compartment of the case, which was a pleasant surprise.

Re: The new Mandolin Cafe case sticker
Can ukulele players get them too?😋

Not sure I recall ever sending them that many but sounds like something we'd do. Glad to know that. I know Monroe Mandolin Camp passes them out, Mandolin Camp North, bunch of other camps. Usually if someone asks for a special event we'll send out a bunch.

Two Mandolincafe stickers (one of each), 1 Elderly sticker, and 1 Northfield sticker. Score!

Re: The new Mandolin Cafe case sticker
I have had a sticker on the rear window of my station wagon for at least 10 years. They really hold up!
Nice case! Yeah, I want one!
Not that I'd put a sticker on it though. . .

There are a lot of good cases out there serving all kinds of good purposes. I've owned most of them at one time or another. There's no one right or wrong case except for the $50 crapper I had a few months back while waiting for the Collings. I gave it back to the place I bought it from and told them to keep whatever they could sell it for. Turns out a friend bought it for $20. I would have given it to him. It did its job, but only barely and was falling apart after 3 months of light use.
I love what Pegasus has to offer as a high end travel and ultimate protection style case and had one for quite a few years but it was just so much more than I needed that I moved it to a new owner. Cases, like mandolins, have a tendency to pass through my house with frequency. I just don't post about it. The Collings is a keeper for life and I'd bet money the Nugget will be in there when the beer truck eventually hits me. It's the most exceptional case for my needs I've ever owned. But I wouldn't use it for a flight case to go in an airplane cargo hold or real heavy travel someone on the road 300 days a year might need. It wasn't built to be that. For a guy that does 95% of his gigs within an hour of the house and usually traveling there by myself it's perfect, and I marvel every time I use it. It's that good.

Thanks, makes perfect sense. Jaguar XK120 vs International Scout.
The finish on that Pegasus is so well done that I can see you’re using a 75 watt bulb in 60 watt fixture.

No sticker on the case, but there's one on the Mercedes? Love it!
