Why is there no text in my reply to personal messages?

I have replied to personal messages and they do not see my text. When I select reply to the message, it puts me in the body of the sent message.So I typed my reply there and clicked on submit message. The recipient got the notification but my response is nto there. It was blank.

I'll send you a PM. Please respond and, before sending it, make a screen shot and post it here, then we can compare what happens.

I got your reply back from my PM just fine, but I do notice you are typing your reply inside of the quote so the other party is probably not looking there and it would be easy to miss. Make sure you are typing your reply outside of the QUOTE tags.
