I don't recognize the first one but the second one with LRB is called Rebecca, a Herschel Sizemore good 'un.

Chilly Winds Of Shannon, a Bill Monroe tune that Bill recorded on Jimmy Campbell’s recording Pieces Of Time. That was one of Bill’s last recording sessions.

It's a Monroe tune for sure. I'll have to look through my recordings to find it. I'll be right back;)

Old Ebenezer Scrooge is one of the best tunes Monroe wrote.
