Monroe Mini Camp to be held at Earl Scruggs Center, Shelby, NC

Monroe Mandolin Camp and the Earl Scruggs Center just announced a Monroe mini camp we thought would be of interest. Information:

The "Mini-Mon-Camp" at the The Earl Scruggs Center in Shelby, NC, on April 19-20, 2019 is now OPEN for registration!

Open for a total of 30 for instruction on mandolin and banjo.

Alan O’Bryant and Mike Compton will be the instructors for this inaugural Mini-Mon-Camp! Friday night jam, classes on Saturday, tour of the museum, Saturday lunch provided, community Saturday night jam with special guests….and lots more.

It is wonderful to have these two organizations, the Monroe Mandolin Camp and the Earl Scruggs Center partnering to provide this opportunity to musicians near and far. We like to think that we are carrying on the tradition of Monroe and Scruggs from the mid 1940’s…united as a powerful force.

Cost is $150.00 per person.
