how can i post a soundclip sent to my hotmail account?

I just sent Max payment for the very cool A style Octave he has in the classifieds. He sent me a soundclip today and it nailed it before the soundclip had finished.

I want to post the soundclip in the OM section-its in MP3 format.

Figured I would get good response here on this subforum.
