Chipped in some Euro from the Cafe earlier today.
Giving this another post. I'd really like to see Florian obtain his funding for this new recording. Only around $900 US remaining and he didn't request a lot. How about it mandolin community? The Cafe kicked in a bit already.
Anyone out here we can count on to help???

Having listened to some samples of the music, I agree with Mr. Cafe that this would be a nice project to hear completed. I'm on board, hoping some more of you will agree so my pledge doesn't go to waste. It's an all or nothing campaign, so if he doesn't meet the objective by the end of October, the pledges won't be be actualized.
I kicked in, interested in his mandocello and liuto music. I also support his Mandocello Yearbook project on Kofi.
I support Florian too! Come on everyone, Florian is a great and dedicated mandolin player and teacher. He has offered lots to the mandolin community. Let’s show our appreciation by supporting our professional players through these most difficult times.

For those of you supporting Florian, he presented an incredible performance/lesson at CMSA. I told him people say Radim Zenkl created new ways to play the mandolin, and now that credit can also go to Florian. Original, creative, and both beautiful and avante garde music, with very detailed explanations and technical advice for octave mandolin and mandola. I hope he will do similar things for the mandocello.
