Unless that has a country of origin listed my guess is that it was built in Korea. That's where those tuners seem to spring from. It also looks like a group of instruments that were sold by a seller...
That style of assymetrical tone bar spacing was introduced by Gibson in 1922 on the first F-5's.
It is probably still the most common bracing configuration used in f-hole mandolins.
