I have a James Tailpiece on my MT2. It was ordered with it but look at how cool their engraving is on this!
If it hasn't shipped yet ask Brian to add a String Winder. It would really help with changing the strings. Glad you went with The Mandolin Store and Brian has always been a great resource....

You may want to consider warranty, the original owner of an Eastman gets a lifetime warranty on the instrument. I bought a MD305 for the same reasons of others, to use at campfires, jams etc....
Surely would be a bummer to make this wind up in the scrap heap! I hate to see historic items wasted for parts value and then they are GONE!
consider that the "original owner" gets a "lifetime warranty" the next purchaser has to keep that in mind~~and the warranty has a value.
