    I shipped a doubleneck Gibson in Case to New Zealand from western Canada. Expensive , By air $500.00 plus insurance up to a grand. I hope the US is better.

    You might check with a luthier in your area. They probably run into this occasionally.

    Other than that, the usual suspects - FedEx, UPS or DHL.
