I have benefited from practicing the pentatonics in ascending 4 note groupings.
Example: 1-2-3-5, 2-3-5-6, 3-5-6-1 ,….

Db, Ab, F, B. Looks like a Db7. It could be other things like a rootless G7 #11 b9 chord. Depends on context.
