I'm from south Georgia and live in Niceville, Fl. I started playing mandolin & viewing the cafe in 2002. After much research I have recently decided to attempt to build some mandolins. I have played many instruments over the last twenty years, but have found the mandolin the most enoyable and challenging. My hero is Bill Monroe for his dedication, feel, and just the history of The Father of bluegrass. I love old instruments, old cars, and the old ways of America when it was a simplier time. "They don't make em' like they used to"!
