    This is a 1925 song in waltz time by Irving Berlin, one of his best-known tunes. I have recorded it as an instrumental for two mandolins with tenor guitar backing, using harmonies from a setting for violin duet by Musescore user kmkwood:

    I found a leadsheet in F, transposed it to C and played it two time with some variations on the repeat:
