I really like that intro. Is that three mandolin tracks? Nice twin mando picking plus good tremolo on the third track. You make it all sound and look easy all the way through.
Henry, the intro has three mandolin tracks. You can see me play the first. On the second, I'm playing the same thing but a third up in scale, on the third track I play tremolo coming down the scale, starting a third up from track 2. It's a harmony experiment. When I heard this done, it was a mandolin on part 1, banjo on part two, and fiddle on part three. I think it could sound good doing it the way I did it in this experiment, but the player would have to be better, more precise & fluid, and the mixdown of the tracks needs a lot of improvement, but I don't know how.
