    This is a waltz from Wales, known variously as "Ffarwel I'r Marian", "Ffarwel Marian", "Farewell Marian" or "Farewell to the Shore".

    Recorded as a mandolin quartet (two mandolins, tenor guitar and mandocello), using an arrangement by David M. Brown (posted here). I've added some photos of the Welsh coast.

    And another one for the to-do list! Nice playing, both of you. ESB and welshcakes, that brings back fond memories. I have a soft spot for Wales. Check out the folk group Calan, who play fantastic music. Unfortunately they gave up on mandolin after their first album.
