This week's winner is Old Apple Blossom, which was submitted as an Old Time tune. I may need some help here... I'm finding information on a tune called Apple Blossom, but not Old Apple Blossom.

Here's a link to the notation to Apple Blossom on abcnotation.com

Here's a You Tube video of a tune Apple Blossom, on a mountain dulcimer

So... if anyone out there can help us out on this, please do!!!

Yes, I could find nothing even on iTunes for a tune called Old Apple Blossom. But Apple Blossom is a great tune.

It surely could have been suggested as Apple Blossom, and I inadvertently added the OLD to the name of the tune! Let's go with that!

Here's Apple Blossom as played by an old time fiddler. It's the same tune that the dulcimer plays above.

Can't believe I am the first to post for this one. I looked at a couple of scores and listened to the videos above and then made up my own tune loosely based on them. Left my trademark klinker in there too for extra colour.

    Hi Woodenfingers, that's really enjoyable.

I agree. Very nice playing, Bob. Your ornamentation gives the melody a lot of character.

Yes, that's a really nice interpretation.
