Its already been ten years since I got my R5 from Audie. Still digging it and playing it a lot. A while back I installed a K&K pickup and now the mandolin sees a lot more gig time. This was my first custom build and I wasn't sure if I had done the right thing and it was a fist full [to me] of money but down the road I have no regrets, as the mandolin is a joy to play. I'm looking forward to a lot more good times with this mandolin. Happy B'day to #970
