Hi folks, just been having my regular trawl through the various social groups and realise that this one has been pretty moribund since August. Are we all doing our stuff on other groups or just not quite getting round to posting anything on this one? I note from the mandolin.org.uk site that our Dagger Gordon has been nominated as tutor of the year in the MG ALBA Scots Trad Music Awards 2010. A vote for him would boost our Scottish presence here too. Voting closes on the 19th of November and there are also other categories. Let's give a Scot a vote!
Hi there. Have just joined after seeing a reference on one of Dick Glasgow's web pages. I must be slow - it hadn't occurred to me to look for a Scottish players group on the Cafe for some reason!
