Lost WSM quote

    Lost to me. I'm almost certain i read it on here. He was talking about his song writing. and said something like, "Just about anybody could write these songs all you have to do is reach up and grab them."

    It sounded very romantic for Mr. Monroe, but he had a soft side too.

    Hey, while im here. I read the Fretboard Journal's David Grier interview. David, as young lad, would ride up front in the bus will Mr. Monroe.
    It's was a terrific story. But i don't think i read that quote there, or did i?

    I have seen a quote like that too, can't remember it verbatim. I'm sure that someone will fill us in.
