Choro is another fascinating world of music that I both like a lot and can’t play properly. But I’m not the person who suggest this.

And you will find a very similar transcription in your collection if you own “Brazilian Choros” by Mike Marshall – at least in the Second Edition. So it should be playable on mandolin.
