Hey I have not visited this group in while --been drifting in another dimension I guess. But I learned a new tune this week and I don't think it has been poster here so I thought I put this out for thought. The name of the tune is, King George IV (it has other similar names) and it is of Scottish or Northumberland origin I think. I know it is played a lot in Cape Breton in A-Dorian to start sets of fiddle tunes. I guess you cannot post attachments in this section so I'll try to put an .mp3 of the great Buddy MacMaster using it to start a set of tunes on my Cafe blog site. And I'll also attached a .abc file from the Sessions.org and a .tef file made from that.
A really driving tune, Bernie. A new one for me too.
