    Here's the first episode/first segment (it's 3 segments long) of a telly programme from back home where well known musician's teach sportsmen/actors etc how to play an instrument. There's actually a wee bit of mandolin content too - in one shot you can see a mandolin on a stand in Andy's house (amongst loads of guitars) and in another scene Gerry O'Connor briefly plays a bit of mandolin accompanying Andy singing/playing guitar. The mandolin looks like either a Rigel or possibly one of the Goldtone Rigels. Here goes!

    And part 3 (incorrectly labeled as pt. 2 of 3, but it's really pt. 3 of 3)! Apparently Andy was given 8 months to become proficient on the banjo and then was scheduled to perform onstage with Four Men and a Dog! I'm hoping the rest of the series gets put up on youtube soon!

    i watched the programme when it went out on TG4 - Andy did a great job - from memory he was playing a polka..
