Saw this, quite by accident. I took a look and listen. I've no idea. I tried to pull some lyrics and google them - an often-successful method - but got nowhere. It's a rough recording, hard to pull distinctive, less commonly used words, the sort that produce significantly better results. I have two suggestions for you.

First, post your query in General Mandolin Discussions, which has the highest amount of traffic. Perhaps also in the Celtic forum, where you're likely to find a higher percentage of people familiar with songs like this. Asking here will probably do no good, as it's unlikely many will see it, or surely fewer than will in the forum.

Second, ask the person directly. I see by the url that the person who posted the video - not necessarily the same person singing - has a facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/paul.skehill/ and he should be able to help.
