New York Mandolin Orchestra- Annual "Make Music New York" Concert.
The New York Mandolin Orchestra celebrates the summer solstice with a free concert.
This outdoor concert is part of the "Make Music New York" Annual Event.
The concert starts at 6:30 PM and runs for about an hour or so.
The location is The Theodore Roosevelt Park, located at the northwest corner of the NYC Museum of Natural History. About 80th Street and Columbus Ave.
This is a special, low key, annual concert for the general public, celebrating the summer solstice and encouraging all people to listen to, and play music.
We encourage all mandolin players, and other musicians to join us.
(One year we even had a barking dog join in the music.)
So please, come out and enjoy the NYC music and weather.
