Someone mentioned recently the Barletta and Mitoka Dragomima by Kaufmann, but I cannot find the thread. I have a recording of these two delightful little pieces and would love to find the sheet music. Anyone know who publishes them?

Hi John,
I've got these but they are at home. I'll post later if nobody else does.

Hi John,
Got your PM... sorry for the slow response. I've been on vacation and I'm just now back in the office. I had a quick look last night but I didn't find my copy of the Kaufmann pieces. I'll keep looking.
Just FYI, The Plucked String does list these at this link (http://www.mandolincafe.com/cgi-bin/strings/searchdb.cgi?uid=default&view_records=1&keyword=mndp) as:
Author: Kaufman, Armin
Item: Two Pieces for Mandolin & Piano
Item Number: N 1702a
Price: $17.00
Instrument: Mandolin and piano
Does anyone know how Norman is doing health-wise? John, you might just drop Norman and e-mail and see if he has a copy laying around.
Best,
Eric

John,
The Trekel catalog lists two pieces by Kaufmann for sale. You can see them here:
Trekel Verlag catalog (http://www.trekel.de/cgi-bin/shop2000/front/trekelshop.cgi?wkid=10037202921508816&sfield=1&sbeg=kaufmann&rub1_search=all&sfields=&func=search)
They are:
Kaufmann, Armin (), Burletta, Mitoka Dragomirna; Mandoline und Klavier Noten | Art.Nr. 00000000011604 9,50 EUR
and
Kaufmann, Armin (), Quartettino II, op. 47; Mandoline, Violine, Viola, Violoncello Noten | Art.Nr. 00000000015202 32,00 EUR
I was not able to locate any U.S. libraries that have either of these pieces.
Good luck,
Barry

Eric & Barry, many thanks!
I haven't heard from Norman since before Christmas. He's a fighter and still plans to resume business, but I've no idea when that will be. Hopefully very soon.
