Beautifully played Matt !. As a banjo player,i'm intrigued by your banjo player's instrument. It looks like a 'Mastertone' pot with top tension style peghead on the neck & is the make 'King' ?. Whatever,it sounds great & he's a good picker - well done,
Ivan

Hey Ivan. Thanks for watching. I asked our banjo player and here's what he had to say:

"tell 'em, it's a Robin Smith banjo with a Huber tonering and a thicker and wider neck with a compound 5"-7" radius. also, tell them about the 3/4ths bridge, they will love that.
tell 'em she's got a black stained maple resonator and that the neck is mahogany and that she sounds like a million dollars"

And there you have it...

Hi Matt - Thanks for the info.on the banjo ,i'll look up Robin Smith on the 'net. I think that Mahogany's is a great wood for banjos.I bought a Gold Star re-issue banjo about 8 years ago as a back up for my Stelling - Mahogany all the way & it sounded as goos as the 2 Gibson mastertones in the store,
Ivan;)

Hi Matt. Sounds soooo good! I'm pumped to see yall at the American Music & Harvest Fest (http://shop.historicnewengland.org/p-7812-american-music-and-harvest-festival.aspx)on 9/29 in Newbury MA. I also hear you may be performing at a wedding in VT for a friend of mine. Great stuff.
