Hey, is anyone in the Georgetown or Charleston area who would like to get together, in hopes of forming a band to play around the low country? I'd really like to some acoustic swing based on a guitar and mandolin combo - hopefully with a fiddle player and/or clarinet and bass. Influences would be a lot of early jazz standards, some western swing and country, a little Gypsy jazz and a bit of DAWG music.
