Mando Neck Questions...

Hi all
I was just wondering if there is any company, or place, that would sell me a mandolin neck, premade with trussrod, fretboard, already installed... do any of you know if i could buy this part of a from a kit or off an assembly line, It needs to be for a flat topped mandolin. Thanks...

Thanks, the kit looks nice the neck should be fine but will it work on a flat topped body?
Also who's luthier? were you sugesting i go to a luthier or a specific one?? I'm really confused
