While this one has been oversprayed, it looks great and has a loud, gutsy but sweet sound. It already had a neck set in its past at some point, so this one had the "usual" repairs for an otherwise-solid instrument... fret level/dress, brace reglues, bridge recutting, setup, yadda yadda.

I'm thinking Harmony-made, around 1915-20.

I have heard of pumpkin tops, but this one appears to be growing a pumpkin out the back. I can only wonder how that adds to the sound. :)

As ever, nice work, Jake. It's great that you are saving these instruments from disrepair.
