I have been researching the Rover RM-75. Several websites explain that the mandolin has a scooped fretboard. Does this mean it's radiused? If so, the majority of Rover RM-75 sell sites say nothing about this feature. Are these upgrades? Also, I've never seen one of these mando's that wasn't a nitro-cellulose finish. Are these a limited run product or do they come with other finishes?

Scooped means that the frets on the fretboard extension have been removed, and the fretboard below has been "scooped out" so that the pick is less likely to hit the extension while playing.

Here is a tutorial at frets.com on this topic.
