Great 10th anniversary concert of almost 3 hours on Saturday night from the Pittsburgh mandolin orchestra. All kinds of styles of music, very multi-cultural. And nice to see such a wide range of ages in the orchestra.
Highlights were the playing of Charlie Rappaport, Alan Epstein, and Winfield 3rd-place finisher Gordon Neidinger. Rappaport's gypsy playing was a knockout.
