Not to pick nits, because i enjoyed it as much as you seemed to, but I'd pick up a wind screen for the mic. In that kind of weather won't completely eliminate it but it may help.

Yes, I agree about the wind screen. I don't know if that would even be possible in this case though—the sound was just picked up by a tiny pinhole mic on my friend's camera! Can't wait to do it again!
