A new instrument has been added to Elderly Instrument's new and used mandolin inventory:

http://elderly.com/images/tiny/vintage/90U/90U-6168.jpg (http://elderly.com/vintage/items/90U-6168.htm) EC- except repaired headstock crack, asymmetrical 2-point body, arched spruce carved top with oval soundhole, dark stained figured maple rims and arched back, 2-piece mahogany neck (refinished) with violin scroll headstock, black-bound 24-fret ebony fingerboard with treble extension, 1-5/32" nut width, 13" scale, ebony bridge, fancy stamped Lyon & Healy lyre tailpiece, black-bound body with w-b purfling all around, "vulcanized fibre" (according to vintage Washburn literature - looks a lot like ebony) pickguard and headstock coverplate, on consignment, with OHSC (faded purple lining) (SN:480) ($3,600.00)
