Here is a Sprite Two-Point with Curly Redwood top and Quilted Red Maple back/sides/neck that I am just starting finishing on -

Dry in the Sun -

Wiped down with water in the shop -

And a quick video of Randy Torno playing it before final sanding to help me listen for final tweaks-

Note - I just noticed the YouTube video is freezing at about 1:05 . . . still plenty for this little demo.

I'm pleased that this combo of "hippie-wood" (as Spruce Bruce calls it) is sounding like something worth doing again!

I'll post an update when hardware is back on in a few weeks.

Beautiful! That redwood top is awesome looking and the back is just crazy. Love the two point design. Very cool.

Anyone want to scrape the bindings for me?

I might be willing to offer to scrape bindings but the finish better be drool proof.
