Hey every Body :) ,
I got this Mandolin from my grand father yesterday & i was trying to search for any information about how to restore it again to its original shape & if it really worth something as its a more than 60 yrs old mandolin :D any advice or information about it will be help full thanks ....

ya i know its a 61 or 62 years old mandolin i just wanna know if it worth something as my grandfather said its kinda precious :D but i never played on such instrument nor know anything about its types and levels of worthlessness as to its shapes , producers , type of wood , etc and also how to restore it if it need certain type of care as also the only thing its missing is the strings and polish and thanks for the article it really helped :)

Sorry... I somehow missed that you said it was about 60 years old. It might be a decent instrument but I can;'t tell from the photos. I would highly doubt it was worth any serious money -- it is not one of the more desirable makers.

Thanks Jim i will just try restoring it to be as a new one .. :)
