View Full Version : Hi. Has anyone heard a Flatiron PX 1917 "pancake" model?

I have a Flatiron "Cadet"; It sounds great; it is black, but the finish is so thin it scratches easily. I am not sure if the Flatiron PX 1917 on eBay is any better. Thanks, Kim.

Weird. That looks just like another Cadet. I have no idea what "PX 1917" means; it isn't the name of any Flatiron production model, so this must be some kind of anomaly.

I wonder if it is a special edition of the WWI style/model. PX is Post Exchange or the base store where soldiers bought stuff not issued to them.
