Louie Jordan used this tune,too, #Stuff Smith is a jazz fiddle legend.
Heard, again ,This song, on 'prarie home companion'.
[produced for internet via BBC.co.uk radio7 listen again , sunday., archived shows available 6 days after webcast.]
I think the piece as played is in F but the breaks #swing so hard , I cant get my ear to figure out the changes.
I know its got (a lot)more going on than I,IV,V.
so ill seek wisdom of some of the musicschooled folks in this forum.

I have a lovely (and cheap) 2 cd stuff smith set from Proper records, which I recommend heartily. K-nock k-nock is on there. There's some fine fiddling on that record; no one swung harder than he.

I'm no good to you on the changes, however.
