Anyone know of a reputable luthier in the Atlanta area, or not too far away, who could handle a possible crack repair? Thanks.

Randy Woods Guitars in Bloomingdale,Ga. I 95 Savannah area 5hrs away or Big Joe in the Nashville area like nickster suggested. The Guy at Maple Street Guitars may be an option if the instrument isn't very valuable. Maple street has a reputation of being ethical and would probably tell you if it's over their head.

I had the crew at Maple St. Guitars repair a pretty nasty side crack on a Martin Guitar and they did a very good job at a reasonable price. Don't know how familiar they are with mandolins though. Hard to beat Randy Wood if you don't mind a bit of a drive.
