Hi I have been lent an Octave Mandola, very nice too, spruce top gotoh style machine heads, oval sound hole. It has a a label inside "JC Custom Made Mandolins", but no other info, anyone know who might have built it and its value? I might end up buying it and I'd want to give the guy a fair price.
