I have had this about six months now and it is really starting to come alive. Red spruce and red maple w/ cocobolo fingerboard. Here is a clip of me and a gentleman named Stephen Craig who I had just met and invited me onstage. He does a very cool Nick Drake type fingerstyle guitar music. This was totally improvised and I am using a Baggs radius pickup plugged into my new Radial Tonebone PZ-Preamp. This is the finest and most versatile pre-amp I have ever used.

Max is coming along just fine as a builder and I hope to have my lucky hands on another one of his creations soon.

Great stuff Sean!
You and Stephen sounds great in the clip, like the two of you have been playing together for years!
Thanks for posting.

Sean, thanks for asking.
Magnificently!
Playability is spectacular, and the tone is well beyond my expectations, and is evolving and improving every day. Still a very young instrument, 'Autumn' already displays wonderful openness, richness and sustain.
She is all the oval hole mandolin I will ever need.
