Another set-up question. Geographically pointed

We just got my wife an Eastman 815. Does anybody know of a good, knowledgable mandolin guy in South Florida? We live in Jupiter, about 20 miles north of West Palm Beach. I'd love to have this thing checked over and see if anything is needed to be adjusted. I'd really hate to have a nice mandolin (which this one is) and not have it performing to it's fullest potential.

I am not familiar with shops in your area but there is a shop in Tallahassee ( themandoshop) and you should avoid this shop! Setups are extremely poor ! There was a thread sometime back where several posters experienced poor service from this shop.

Tallahassee is about 6 hours away so I'd be better off learning the required skills myself. But I will stay clear of The Mando Shop.

Get the mandolin setup guide someone was sending out from this site - I have a copy somewhere in my email and on hard drive. Shouldn't be too difficult to check what you have.
