Old sheet music

My apologies. Apparently my search skills aren't as good as I hoped they were -- I know there is a place for this sort of thing.

Anyway, I was cleaning out my late grandmother's music cabinet (in order to fix it) and had a chance to leaf through her old sheet music and found this. The copyright on the music is 1914 and this was printed in 1916. I looks like the instrument has six strings, but I don't think it's supposed to be a guitar ... anyway, enjoy.

Also, I'm sure there's a way to flip it rightside up, but that, also, appears beyond me!

Looks like an artist's romantic rendering of some sort of instrument that may only exist in his or her mind. Actually it sort of looks like one of those German lute guitars, more or less.

Could it be a cittern? Or a buzuk? Or a baglama?

Jim's probably right; it might be made up.

What is the scale length on that thing? Maybe it is an acoustic bass guitar :) .
