bluegrass songbook

There was a fella that had made a song book with adobe acrobat and posted a link to it for people to down load. I had it on my pc before the fall meltdown and need it again. Does any one have a link to the download or have a copy of the file?

As I can recall, it had a photo in the background of the blueridge on every page. There was also an explanation of the Nashville numbering system in the back of it.

I don't think that is the same book. #The message talk about Nashville Numbering. #That link is to lyrics only.

I also googled and found a link but it required you to be a member of the yahoo group "front range pickers"

Thank you Mandofiddle! You know, as a no-longer-a-beginner, but still-no-expert, I have been aware of the Nashville numbering system, and the sequence of chords it represents. But I've actually never seen it "on paper" (okay, dependence on tab, I admit) until just now. And it immediately clicked. Choose your key and off you go. Interesting that I just e-mailed a mando teacher who I haven't seen recently, to say "hey, I've hit a plateau, let's get together, and get me moving ahead". I know this may be slow at first, but he recommended Brad Laird's Mandolin Master Class, which I ordered earlier today. With this book, and Mandofiddle's songbook, I see a new horizon, and, well, let's just say I'm looking forward to hiking toward that horizon to see what's out there. Cool.
