Cheaper than a motorcycle, and a helluva lot safer. Learning the mando at 50, I put together this cheapo mandocaster over the last couple of weeks:

Cool! I'm not the only mid-life crisis here... I'll never be a musician... but the mando keeps me out of trouble (except the local jam is in a bar <lol!>) and out of the emergency room... :-)

Looks nice Vick! That's what I keep telling my wife; (after two mandos, 2 OM's, a mandocello and an e-mando). As far as mid-life crises go, she's getting off easy!
