Old Church By the Road

Does anyone have sheet music or tab to "Old Church by the Road" (Chorus: There my mother was praying and the preacher was saying...")? I have the lyrics and the chords but there are some really nice harmonies and though we can figure them out by ear, sheet music would be faster given that we are singing this Sunday. A google search isn't turning up anything.
