Because of the unanticipated demand for "Spann's Guide to Gibson 1902-1941" the Hal Leonard Organization is currently diverting all their existing stock to retail outlets like Amazon, Borders, Books-A-Million, Barnes & Noble, Elderly Instruments, etc., etc. And there were only 2,500 copies in the first printing.

Wow!! The book is a success!!

However, this also means there will be an extended delay before I am able to get any copies to sell. Many of you (many hundreds actually) have e-mailed me, indicating that you would like to purchase an autographed copy directly from me. I still intend to offer that option, but you should also feel free to go ahead and order from an alternate source. I will be more than happy to autograph your copies at a later date.

Thanks again for the warm response to "Spann's Guide."

Congrats on the success of the book Joe. I just ordered my copy and can't want to get my hands on it.
