Just finished it... picked this up in a trade... fixed it... am loving it!

Oh, that is nice! I have to say the fancy version of the Gibson Alrite always turns my head - was there any top sinkage on this or did you just put that extra brace in as a precaution? Lovely work as always Jake!

Jill: Only slight sink at full tension, but with that tiny brace installed, no sink at all, and actually the tone is improved as well, so a win-win (I also fear sinking in the future on this brace pattern).
Jeff: fret dress, cleaning, hairline crack repairs and cleats, setup, and one tiny brace install just under the soundhole for extra support.
