Are there any straps that are designed to go around the body/under the end of the fretboard,or is the old shoestring leather in a noose the only option?I would prefer not to drill a hole in the body if possible!!!

I have a long hollow soft leather strap ... Hole for button and lace for on headstock. Worked great.
Some tie under fretboard extension, didn't like that.
Eventually I put in a post on near neck heel. Love it, but all options I tried worked fine I prefer the balance and way it hangs with post. Ymmv.
