Mark All Group Messages Read?

I enjoy using the "New Posts", "New Group Messages", & the "Mark Forum Read" buttons under the main navigation buttons.
Is there a way to "Mark all Groups read"?

Don't believe so. Within each individual group there's a pull-down menu near the top right entitled "Group Tools." Within that is an option to select "Mark This Group Read." That's as close as it gets to my knowledge.
