I`d like to know if the F-5-L`s that were made arond the late 70`s and early 80`s had the tuning posts above or below the worm gear?

Here's (http://www.vintageguitars.org.uk/gib80p42.php) the F-5L page from the 1980 Gibson catalog; looks like the posts are "above" the gear (i.e., farther from the body).

I've only seen them with gold, but I can't speak for all of them.
