It's a Regal reverse scroll model from the 20's or 30's that has had the tailpiece and tuners replaced. The bridge probably isn't original and it's in an awful position. They were entry level mandolins built in Chicago. There were some upscale versions of this model mandolin built by Regal and also by the Larson Bros. This isn't one of them. What else do you need to know?
